EMD E8
EMD E8
The Famous E8
Built-in 1948, this locomotive is one of the most famous of all. After the success of the E7, this triple-axle passenger unit was the epitome of sleek, stylish, and progressive. (If you ask me, still is)
These were used in regular service all the way up into the 90s by major commuter railroads, and Amtrak (a 40-year lifespan in regular service is pretty darn good if you ask me).

I went REALLY hardball on this locomotive. It has almost 100 modular parts and pieces to make different RRs prototypical for reskins.
