Here’s a highly requested EMPIRE STATE BUILDING – a true New York City icon and LANDMARK that has been the tallest (380m/1250ft) building in the world for 39 years (1931 – 1970)

You can find it in ART DECO category in your asset menu – it has an industrial capacity of 150. It has the same size controls (+ or – 30%) as my other building sets.

Credit for this model goes to Ryan from Chicago (zullr32 on CG Trader or moxie crimefighter on Steam) who gave me permission to modify it slightly, texture, and adapt it for Transport Fever 2.
