JNR 101 Series Train
Inaugurated in 1957 as a Moha 90 series train, it was changed to a 101 series train with the 1959 title revision.
It was originally scheduled to be operated as an all-electric car, but due to problems with power equipment, etc., this was not possible.
Therefore, they could not perform at their full potential and were used as a bridge trains until the succeeding Series 103 trains.
