JNR 12040
This is a Deha 73314 built at Kawasaki Shipyard in 1927, which was renamed Moha 30130 in 1928, Moha 11073 in 1957, and Moha 11153 in 1959.
It was further renumbered to 11153 after renewal and repair, and converted to a double-drive train in 1959, becoming KUMOHA 12040.
In 1959, it was converted to a double-drive unit and became KUMOHA 12040. In 1972, the coupler was converted to a side-by-side coupling, and it was used as a replacement for business cars, mainly as an intra-premises replacement, before being scrapped in 1982.
It was the only one of the many KUMOHA12s to be converted from a MOHA30.
