JNR TaKi 5450 tank wagon
The TaKi 5450 is a 25-ton high-pressure tank wagon for transporting liquefied chlorine (Cl2), which was introduced in 1964 by Japan National Railways. It has a short tank and the tank is painted yellow by Japanese law. Chlorine is highly toxic, so lime and liquid caustic soda are loaded as neutralizers in case of an accident.
