Locomotive Pack NYC & HRRR Class N/C-14 4-4-0
Locomotive Pack NYC & HRRR Class N/C-14 4-4-0
The Final of Phase 1!
Folks this is the conclusion of my first set of mods! What we have here are different variations of the Class N/C-14 locomotive. Yes, this is the class that the world-famous #999 is based on, but these are all different in their own little detail ways.
Right out of the gate, these locomotives are fitted with 70″ drivers, as opposed to the 86″ drivers the #999 sported. Brake positioning on the undercarriage is altered, with a few different headlamps, and classification lights.
This is also a very heavy mod, just like the Empire State Express #999 is. While I progress into phase 2 of my work, I will eventually get back to these to alter and make the mod a bit smaller texture-wise. Till then, enjoy the additional variety on your railroad! When you purchase these in the menu, it can take a second or 2 to complete the process.

As said, each has a different position of the classification lights as well as sporting slightly altered tender & tender wheels than #999.

Next Phase!
Well, I started this journey of modeling back in July, and in that time learned quite a bit! For now, I am taking a small break and relaxing because I really have been at this almost every day. I’m excited to work on more! So after my tiny break, what’s coming next?
Well, a slight deviation from the 1800’s… yea at certain points I worked on a few other things, those being…
– Chop Nose GP9’s
– Standard Nose and Chop Nose SD 7/9’s
Then back to the 1800’s! Thatcher Perkins is Next!
Again, a super HUGE shout out to THEMEATBALLHERO! Thank you for all the help and guidance to push forward and bring these models to the game!
