Removes ‘fake’ version vehicles from the purchase menu.

I don’t use fake versions, so I wanted a way to keep them all out of the purchase menus.
If you do use fake versions then you really don’t want this mod.

The mod identifies fakes by looking for the string ‘fake’ in the model name. It is therefore possible that it will either miss some or wrongly identify as fake something that is not. Please let me know in either case and I can build in exception testing.
