Property Developer 1850 Mod
Place any 1850 vanilla town building
I think there are other mods for placing era B and era C buildings but I couldn’t see one for Era A.
So this mod fills that gap.
The mod can be found under Assets in the buildings or Mad Hatter category.
Options
Type – Residential, Commercial, Industrial – Select type of building to place
Residential – Drop-down list of Residential buildings
resGarden – No/Yes – Yes will attempt to place a back garden on residential properties. (beta – in development)
Commercial – Drop-down list of Commercial buildings
Industrial – Drop-down list of industrial buildings
Capacity – Number of people that live or work in the building
Notes:
As the building is placed as an asset not as a town building. Clicking on it will not popup the town building menu.
However they do appear to function correctly.
On going development –
The plan is to attempt to create garden / yard decoration for all building types.
At the moment you will need to use the terrain tools to flatten the gardens as benches etc may end up floating.
