Street Slim Bus & Truck Zones TF2

This mod adds the following 6 street types:

Medium street with slim bus zone
Medium street with slim truck zone
Large street with slim bus zone
Large street with slim truck zone
Extra-large street with slim bus zone
Extra-large street with slim truck zone

Though these streets provide a nice visual for a bus/truck zone, more importantly they provide a pullout bus/truck lane which helps traffic keep moving. I call these “Slim” Bus/Truck Zones because the lanes were narrowed in order to add the extra bus/truck lane, while retaining the same street width (medium, large, or extra-large).

This mod is not a bus/truck stop. You must lay the street, then add the appropriate bus/truck stop. Some have asked why not just create a bus/truck station? The advantage is the AI can build along side these streets. Typically that is not the case with an actual bus or truck station.

For best results, I suggest laying a new street. It may take practice to get the zone markings to line up. You must offset the markings a bit when laying the street. When a connecting street is added, the zone markings will adjust. Though it is possible to upgrade an existing road, I personally don’t like the result as the zone markings don’t match up with the road segment lengths in the game.
