Amtrak Amfleet II Cars
Amtrak Amfleet II Cars
Budd’s Amfleet II cars in Amtrak’s phases III, IV, and VI.
Compared to Amfleet I cars, Amfleet IIs were built specifically for long distance trains, with larger windows, one door on each side, and 59 seats. These cars were first delivered in 1981 and replaced coaches in the Heritage Fleet.
Includes three coach cars and three lounge/café cars (idk the difference for the latter).
