The Bulk Upgrader mod is a great mod, but has one problem. This fix undoes the problem that the player became the owner of all that has been upgraded
The player pays maintenance costs on everything he/she owns. At the game start, the player does not own anything, and does not pay maintenance costs. Once the Bulk Upgrader updated constructions, the player became the owner, and started to pay the maintenance costs. Often this will bankrupt the player in no time. This mod fix gives away all that you upgrade = with no maintenance costs.
So in short: for all that you upgrade, you give away and will not pay any maintenance costs for these items.
The original mod has to be installed, and higher in the load order, so it loads first!
