All vehicles in the game have consistent end date that is 60 (by default, configurable) years after the release.
Should also affect all modded vehicles and is in fact supposed to be used with modded vehicles that might not have their dates set properly.
All vehicles released after the year 2000 (by default, configurable) have no end date.
