Adds new signals, waypoints & tracks:
Disc signal 1850
Ball signal 1850
Main signals with 2,3,4 & 5 lights
Main dwarf signal
Dwarf signal
Waypoint with light indicator
Tracks for each signal speed limit (optional)

The config file can define:
Enable/disable the extra speed-limited switch tracks
How tracks are grouped in the interface
No grouping
One group for all switch tracks
One group for each track speed (10,30,40,70,80,120,300)
If all signals should be available forever (no end year).
