Ikarus 280 (00, 08, 33, 33M) – Moscow

This mod adds to the game buses Ikarus 280.00, 280.08, 280.33, 280.33M in the colors of Moscow Transport. Up until the 2010s, hundreds of Ikarus buses of various modifications were running in Moscow. This mod adds 4 common modifications of the bus in different variants of Mosgortrans livery.

Content of the mod:
Ikarus 280.00 – (1997-2007) – is the very first modification of the legendary bus produced for Soviet Hungary. Starting from the mid-1990s, the decommissioned Hungarian buses underwent an overhaul at the Kravtex plant and were bought up in Russia. Here, they were painted in white livery with blue and red stripes, which could vary greatly from bus to bus. A few of these cars ran in Moscow as well, purchased by Mosgortrans.

Ikarus 280.08 – (1999-2006) – buses of 08 modification were originally created for Czechoslovakia and Bulgaria. In the 1990s, about 50 buses were purchased by Moscow and the Moscow region. A distinctive feature of these buses is the narrow windows, as well as on some vehicles there were 4 back lanterns instead of 3. In this mod, the bus is presented in the color that has been basic for Mosgortrans since the 1990s: a solid color stripe running through the whole body. Please note that the bus can be repainted.

Ikarus 280.33 – (2003-2010) – is the most widespread modification of the legendary bus in the former USSR. Many of these buses also ran in Moscow. In this mod, it is presented in the familiar to many liveries: a wide stripe running along the bottom of the bus and a narrow one under the windows. Despite the fact that the most common color had a green tint, in Moscow, you could find both red and dark blue buses in this scheme. Please note that the bus can be repainted.

Ikarus 280.33М – (с 1997) – was produced at the Moscow plant TMZ from 1994 to 2002. These buses were already painted in the familiar to Muscovites white-green color. The main exterior differences are the small box under the driver’s window, horizontal turn signals, new ventilation on the left side of the bus, European wheels, and other cosmetic details. In the mod, the bus is presented in the classic Mosgortrans livery.
