Japanese public housing Vol.1
This is a housing complex built by the Japan Housing Corporation. It mainly contains public housing of low to mid-rise buildings. Available since 1955.
Contents
Plane type #1/#2 – This is the most common type of public housing.
Tower type #1 – This public housing is called Star House because of its shape. In recent years, it has disappeared due to reconstruction.
High-rise type #1 – The house is designed to be a high-rise with an elevator to utilize the floor area ratio. This type of house is called a skip floor because the elevator passes through the house on multiple floors to reduce construction costs.
Future
For Vol. 2, I plan to implement a set that focuses on the high-rise residential buildings in Takahamadaira Danchi, which is synonymous with high-rise apartment complexes.
