All the features I can change are following Road Structure Ordinance(Japan). You can use them in your city whatever the style you are playing is, as these streets don’t look like Japanese streets at all.

What’s in?
New streets, from 1-lane one-way to 6-lane.

Known issues?
Just try and confirm you can use this safely, and then you can use it in your important savegames. This can make it safer, though I’ve already tested them and nothing ever happened.
When you do not use the Left Hand Traffic mod, the traffic lights will be placed at the wrong place.
