Traffic vehicles: no end year
Completely reworks traffic spawning so that traffic vehicles no longer completely disappear after a certain date. Instead, they steadily get more popular from their initial production date before slowly becoming rarer after the end of production. All dates have been matched to the vehicle’s real-life production years. Also hugely increases the number of vehicle colors available whilst keeping them era-appropriate. Plus new two-tone paint jobs for some vehicles. Overall makes streets more varied, interesting, and realistic.
