Replaces the default roads with American-looking roads.

Roads that are replaced:
Medium Street
Large Street
Extra-Large Street
Medium Country Road
Large Country Road
Extra-Large Country Road
Highway Ramp
Medium Highway
Large Highway

Other changes:
Directional arrows changed to be more American.
Removed sidewalks on country roads.
Traffic lights changed to American colors.

Please note that with the current way roads are generated, it is not possible to have 2 differently colored borders. I have decided to have them completely yellow rather than white for a more American look.
