More Line & Vehicle Colors inverted Mod

Adds many more colors for your lines and vehicles, but it’s inverted so not the light colors get picked when creating a new line

Please note that the game automatically tries to layout the colors in a square, adding an extra column if required. That means it is not possible to add extra hues or colors easily without distorting the color layout.
